Do I need a move-in permit in The Springs?
Yes. The Springs forms part of Emirates Living, where Emaar requires a Move-in Permit and may deny community access without it. Confirm the Move-out Permit process when the resident is vacating the villa.
Which portal handles the Springs moving permit?
Use Emaar’s Sakani MIP portal. Select Emirates Living and the property, provide the resident details, upload the requested documents and submit. Vehicle access cards are handled separately through the community portal.
How early should I apply and book the move?
Submit the MIP at least one business day before the move. Emirates Living villa rules also require permission at least 48 hours ahead for bulk furniture and other large-item deliveries or removals.
What documents may be required for the MIP?
Tenants upload the Ejari, Emirates ID front and back, and passport with visa page. Homeowners log in with registered credentials and do not need further uploads. Outstanding service fees can prevent a tenant from applying.
What are the Springs large-item moving hours?
Bulk deliveries and removals are permitted Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 1 PM and are not allowed on public holidays. Security may deny entry when the required permission or timing rules are not followed.
