Yes. Emaar Community Management states that a Move-in Permit is required for Arabian Ranches and community access can be denied without it. The approved permit should be ready before the crew and truck arrive at the gate.
Which portal handles the moving request?
Use the Emaar community portal and select the Move-in Permit service for the correct Arabian Ranches property. Ranches II also supports community services through its portal and Emaar One. Do not use a home-modification NOC for a household move.
How early should I apply and book the move?
The published MIP guidance says to apply at least one business day before the move. The current villa rules separately require 48 hours’ permission for bulk deliveries and large-item removals, so starting two working days ahead is safer.
Can the moving truck park outside my villa?
Only in the position approved by community management or security. Commercial vehicles may remain temporarily for up to four hours, but the truck cannot block roads, pathways, villa entrances, fire access or landscaped areas.
How much does a villa move in Arabian Ranches cost?
The quote depends on villa size, floors, furniture volume, packing, dismantling, garden items, special handling, truck access and travel distance. Share the community, villa type and inventory for a clear written quote rather than a generic estimate.
What documents may be required for the permit?
For tenants, Emaar’s published MIP list includes the Ejari, Emirates ID front and back, and passport with visa page. Homeowners can apply using their portal credentials without uploading those documents. Current mover or vehicle details should also be confirmed.
How long does an Arabian Ranches villa relocation take?
Duration depends on bedrooms, floors, packing scope, staircases, dismantling, outdoor inventory and the truck-to-door distance. A compact Al Reem townhouse is quicker than a large Mirador or Saheel villa with extensive garden and garage contents.
Can packing, storage and cleaning be included?
Yes. Full or partial packing, furniture dismantling and assembly, unpacking, storage and move-in or move-out cleaning can be added. We can also include garden furniture, barbecue equipment and other approved outdoor household items.
