Is there one DMCC permit for every JLT furniture move?
No. DMCC develops and manages the wider JLT district, but the tower, owners association or workspace operator normally controls the furniture move, lift, security and loading point. The DMCC Member Portal handles company services; it is not one universal physical-moving permit.
Can the moving truck enter my JLT basement parking?
Only when tower management confirms the ramp clearance, vehicle position and internal route. DMCC states that tower-basement parking access is handled by the relevant owners association, while cluster parking uses separate Concordia arrangements. Neither automatically authorises a moving truck.
What affects the cost of a JLT furniture move?
The quote depends on item count and dimensions, dismantling and reassembly, both locations, floor, lift booking, basement or loading access, carrying distance and special protection. For offices, the furniture volume and approved access window also matter.

Standard protective wrapping is included in the quoted scope for the listed furniture. We also protect relevant lift, podium, corridor, doorway and office-route surfaces. Specialist crating, full packing or unusual high-value requirements are identified separately.
