Dubai Holding Community Management’s JVT page links residents to Nakheel Online Services for moving in or out. Privately managed apartment buildings may add their own NOC, security registration, deposit or lift-booking process.
Lift and parking access checked
We check the floor, assigned passenger or service lift, lift-door and cabin dimensions and bulky furniture. This identifies what must be dismantled and how many elevator trips the move requires.
District route and carrying distance planned
JVT’s district roads, basement ramps, podiums and outside visitor spaces create different loading routes. We confirm vehicle clearance, the approved unloading point and the full hand-carry distance.

JVT’s current community page routes move-in and move-out requests through Nakheel Online Services. Nakheel recommends applying three to four working days before the move because approvals typically take one to two days. A third-party moving company may also need a daily access permit one to two working days before the required date. The individual apartment building can impose an additional management NOC, lift booking, deposit and vehicle-access process.

Move-Out Note
Move-outs require the online request and physical permit confirmation at security. A private building may also request tenancy or utility clearance.

Does the community request reserve my building lift?
No. The community request does not automatically reserve a private building’s lift. Management may assign a service or protected passenger lift and require common-area protection.
Can the moving truck enter basement or podium parking?
Only when management and security approve the vehicle and it fits the ramp, height limit and turning space. Resident parking does not automatically authorise a moving truck.
Is packing included in the moving price?
Packing is included only when it appears in the confirmed scope. You can choose full packing and unpacking, fragile-item packing, furniture wrapping or transport when your boxes are ready.
