Refundable Deposit
ECM’s published Downtown rules do not state one community-wide moving deposit. Ask your tower whether it applies a refundable damage deposit.

Bulk furniture deliveries and removals are permitted Monday–Saturday, 10 AM–6 PM. They are not allowed on public holidays.
Move-Out Note
Use the community portal’s Move-Out option before vacating. Downtown access cards are deactivated after the approved move-out date, so complete the tower handover checks first.
Elevator Booking
